Vivid North Media ("we", "the operator") develops internal tools to manage YouTube channels owned by the operator via the official YouTube Data API. These tools are not offered to the public.

Data we access

Through Google OAuth, our tools request the YouTube upload scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload) in order to upload video files and set titles, descriptions, thumbnails and scheduling on channels the operator owns. No other Google user data is requested or accessed.

Data we store

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on the operator's own infrastructure and are used solely to perform the uploads the operator authorizes. Tokens are never shared with third parties.

Data we share

We do not sell, rent or share any personal data with third parties. Video metadata (title, description, thumbnail) is transmitted to YouTube only as part of an upload the operator explicitly initiates.

Data retention and deletion

Tokens are revoked when the operator disconnects a channel. To request deletion of any stored data, contact: contact@vividnorthmedia.com
